We’ve received a good amount of snow these past couple of weeks. Yesterday Keith, Adam, Patrick and I had an amazing first day at Bridger. There was a solid base along with another 6-10 inches of fresh snow to work with. I’m truly surprised with how good the snow conditions were. Yesterday was my best first day of the season, hands down. I feel very fortunate that I have the opportunity to ride such good snow conditions this time of the year. Here are a few photos from the hike up. I wasn’t able to take any photos of the shred action due to how much fun I was having.

I’ve been busy with school lately so I haven’t had much time to post but I can assure you that I will post more frequently when the season starts. The plan is that I am going to write a summary of each day I shred this coming snowboard/ski season.
I had a fun summer here in Bozeman but I’m ready for winter. September snow got me pretty excited. Here are a few photos I took on the 23rd of September while driving through Hyalite Canyon. Feel free to comment.

Welcome to jasonroot.com. I’ll be posting soon enough. I still have a few things that I want to change before I start.
Here are a few photos from our camping trip on the Madison.
